Amy & Matthew's Deep Purple & Hot Pink Wedding Day at Ribby Hall

This was such a fun wedding and we had a brilliant time working with the fabulous Amy & Matthew, planning for their wonderful Ribby Hall wedding, I aways think it's such a happy place, a village where memories are made and magical moments are shared, we're there almost every day for one thing or another and as soon as we drive through the gates we have a smiles on our faces!!! ( I always thought the security men on the gates recognised me with a super friendly wave but it turns out they do that to everyone, either way it's a lovely welcome!!)
~
Amy & Matthew had booked a whole crowd of superb suppliers that we were delighted to be working with, there was the super talented Nick English Photography, a gorgeous Mark Lesley gown from Emma Louise Bridal, Lady Gray Make Up Artist, Sam Gateley was doing the hair, gorgeous Two Birds Bridesmaid gowns, Stationery by Charlotte Designs and chair covers by Sophisticated Events.

Our fabulous bridal couple had put together this splendid mood board sharing with us their plans for a very personal wedding day. Amy's favourite flower the humble yet vibrant Gerbera had to be celebrated, their deep purple and hot pink colour scheme was going to work brilliantly with the silver grey decor of Ribby Hall...
We got together again at FD HQ where a set of sample designs had been created for the happy couple to see, we made Amy a sample wedding bouquet including our brides number one flower choice Gerberas, Roses, Peonies, Veronica, Sweet Peas and Lissianthus
We made Matthew a sample boutonniere
We showed them some table design suggestions including this fabulous FD 'flower bomb'
In honour of the Disney themes we included a 'Beauty & The Beast Rose' in the base of each of the tall table designs
An idea for the top table our 'Reflections design'
At last the big day arrived and our Chloe had the pleasure of presenting our beautiful Bride and Bridesmaids with their wedding bouquets

Chloe headed off to the Rowan Suite at Ribby Hall to meet up with the Groom and pin on the boutonnieres

Matthew, Amy's super handsome Bride Groom was first to have his rather special boutonniere pinned to his lapel

Chloe pinned on all of the boutonnieres ensuring each one was positioned perfectly

Insde the Rowan Suite the scene was set for the ceremony
Fabulously decadent pedestals framed the Registrars table
The Registrars table was dressed with posies of fresh flowers arranged in glass column vases clustered together at either end of the table, leaving space in the middle for Amy to lay down her wedding bouquet

The aisle was lined with candlelit hurricane lanterns surrounded by fresh fragrant Rose Petals
A basket of fragrant Rose Petals for the Flower girl and Page boy
The luxurious Ribby Rolls Royce arrived with the Bridesmaids
The Bridesmaids looked fabulous in their Two Birds gowns in the shade of 'Heather', their bouquets matched perfectly as did the fresh flowers worn in their hair all placed by Sam Gateley

The Hair flowers matched the Bridesmaid's bouquets beautifully

Our stunning Bride the lovely Amy literally took everyone's breath away when she arrived
Doug was left holding the bouquet ...

Too beautiful for words...
